I installed Vice City again after about 6 months away from it. I still have my old save games, so I thought I'd go play some brown thunder. Anyway, the game looks great. The only sounds I hear are (depending on if I am on foot on in a vehicle) either the ambient noises (the wind, etc.) but no gun fire, sirens or cars driving by or ANYTHING else, OR I hear the radio station in a car, but no engine, tires, gunfire, people telling me off, etc. What might cause this? I noticed that this game has VERY limited sound options?
