Razer Deathadder Driver Without Synapse Diagram

Hi, I have been looking at the new Deathadder 2013 but I have been hesitating because of the dependency on the Synapse drivers and lack of onboard memory on the mouse. So my question is if anyone in here is using their Deathadder 2013 without any drivers installed (except for standard windows drivers of course) - will this work properly or would I be loosing too many features? I ask because I will still be using my Logitech G700 for work and mmo gaming and I don't think it would be a good idea to have too much mouse software installed (I have the Logitech software installed). And based on what I've read about the Synapse software it seems to be rather bad. I would also like to be able to plug the mouse into other computers where I don't have access to install drivers and use it like on my own computer, but I don't know if this is the right mouse for what I'm looking after. I just like the shape of it a lot.

What do you think? Thanks in advance. You don't have to have an always on internet connection. If your internet drops out, the mouse doesn't stop working. I've been using Synapse since it came out and have no complaints.
